On the same day, Treble's Tinnitus 180 product page listed the program at $5,995 or $499 a month, so ask which price applies. Treble offers financing through Bread Pay loans from Comenity Capital Bank at 0% to 29.99% APR. On insurance, its FAQ says coverage "varies by provider and plan" and that "in some cases, hearing aid benefits may apply."

What does the Tinnitus 180 program include?

The program has three parts: a personalized assessment, sound therapy devices that Treble says are customized to your hearing profile, and a series of telehealth sessions with a Doctor of Audiology. The pricing page doesn't name the devices, so ask what you'll receive and whether they are hearing aids, sound generators or both. Since January 2026, two practices in Treble's network, in Philadelphia and Charlotte, also offer Lenire (Hearing Health Matters), the tongue-stimulation device covered in our Lenire cost and evidence review.

Does Treble Health work?

We couldn't find a single peer-reviewed study of Treble Health's program. Treble's homepage advertises an 85% success rate, and its footnote explains where that comes from: 130 people who filled in Treble's own Tinnitus Functional Index tool in 2024. That kind of number is easy to produce and hard to interpret. There's no comparison group, so you can't tell how many people would have improved anyway, and the people who answer a company's survey are often the ones who are doing well.

That's the general rule we'd suggest for any tinnitus treatment, ours included: look for a randomized trial against a real comparison group, run by people who don't sell the product.

Treble Health vs AudioNotch

Feature Treble Health Tinnitus 180 AudioNotch
Price $4,995, or $416 a month for 12 months $99 a year or $29 a month
Format Video sessions with an audiologist, plus sound devices Notched sound therapy on web, iOS and Android

In a randomized controlled trial at Northwell Health, patients given AudioNotch improved significantly more over 12 months than patients given standard care. After a year the AudioNotch group's tinnitus handicap had fallen 9.6 points while the standard-care group's had risen 5.0. The trial was randomized, controlled, ran for 12 months with 65 patients, and was run and published independently by Northwell Health researchers (Sturm et al., 2026; our summary). AudioNotch prices are from the pricing page on November 6, 2026, and website purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

In summary

  1. Treble Health's main program costs $4,995, about 50 times a year of AudioNotch at $99.
  2. We found no published study of Treble's program; its 85% success rate is self-reported by 130 customers with no comparison group.
  3. AudioNotch has been tested by independent researchers against standard care in a randomized controlled trial, and patients given AudioNotch improved significantly more over 12 months.
  4. If you have hearing loss, an audiologist can test your hearing and fit hearing aids. Notched sound therapy needs only your tinnitus frequency, which the free tinnitus frequency matcher finds in your browser.
